Kids tied to doors, slapped and pinched at daycare in Indonesia; 10 caregivers being questioned

Indonesian police are questioning 14 more people, including 10 caregivers, in a child abuse case at a daycare centre. Kids were found tied to doors at the daycare in April this year, with the police arresting 13 people at the time. Many of the children were routinely slapped and pinched. The daycare centre was operating without a licence, police said.
