Kieron Pollard becomes 2nd player to hit 1,000 sixes in T20 history

All-rounder Kieron Pollard became only the second batter to hit 1,000 sixes in T20 cricket after smashing eight sixes for MI New York against Washington Freedom in Major League Cricket. Pollard has now hit 1,001 sixes and is followed by former West Indies teammate Chris Gayle, who leads the list with 1,056 sixes. Andre Russell is third with 792.
