Kim Jong Un says Iran war justifies N Korea's nuclear deterrence

North Korea Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un defended the country's nuclear programme saying the ongoing war between Iran and US-Israel demonstrates the need for a strong military deterrence. Kim added that national security and sovereignty can only be ensured through powerful defence capabilities. He accused the United States of engaging in military interventions and conflicts across regions.
