Kim Kardashian gifts puppies to her kids for Christmas, gets criticised by PETA

American social media star Kim Kardashian has been criticised by PETA Co-Founder Ingrid Newkirk for gifting her four children Pomeranian puppies for Christmas. "Puppies are not plushies, and it’s a damn shame that Kim missed the chance to be a spokesperson for shelter pups," Newkirk said. Newkirk also urged Kim to "call PETA or a local shelter the next time".
