Video showing a woman kissing King Charles III on the cheek as he greeted people outside the Buckingham Palace has surfaced online. The new monarch returned to London on Friday after being present when Queen Elizabeth II passed away at Balmoral on Thursday. Another woman was seen kissing the King on the hand.
