Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw thanks Canadian for Bengaluru road cleanup

Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw thanked Canadian national Caleb Friesen for highlighting Bengaluru’s civic issues. Wind Tunnel Road underwent a cleanup drive after a video showed garbage and debris along the roadside. Officials cleared the waste, repainted a wall and began footpath construction. The initiative was carried out under the ‘Freedom from Waste’ and ‘Just Clean Bengaluru’ campaigns.
