Kirti Chakra awardee soldier who was shot in face honoured by TN CM Vijay

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay felicitated Indian Army's Lance Naik Meenatchi Sundaram A, a Kirti Chakra awardee, and presented him with a cheque for ₹48 lakh on behalf of the state government. Meenatchi's family members were also present on the occasion. He was shot in the face and right shoulder during an anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir.
