Kishore Biyani, CEO of Future Group, has gone through destruction

In an interview with Humans of Bombay, Kishore Biyani, the man behind Big Bazaar, revealed that he was destroyed. He said, it takes 3 generations to destroy something, I have seen everything in one generation. He further adds, it is not easy to deal with failure but with time, one starts looking at it from a philosophical perspective.
