Kitex Garments approves ₹3,000 crore fundraising plan

Kitex Garments approved a plan to raise up to ₹3,000 crore through QIP or other permissible modes, subject to approvals. Consolidated Q1 FY27 revenue declined 19.46 per cent YoY to ₹158.43 crore, while the company reported a net loss of ₹17.12 crore against a profit of ₹19.30 crore in Q1 FY26.
