KKR India chief Sanjay Nayar quits Coffee Day Enterprises board

KKR India Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sanjay Nayar has resigned from the board of Coffee Day Enterprises, which operates India's largest coffee chain Café Coffee Day. Nayar had joined Coffee Day's board after the private equity firm's investment in the company in 2010. KKR currently owns a 6.07% stake in Coffee Day Enterprises.
