KKR to invest $750 million in Reliance Retail for 1.28% stake

Reliance Industries on Wednesday announced that global investment firm KKR will invest about $750 million in Reliance Retail Ventures for a 1.28% stake. The investment values Reliance Retail at a pre-money equity value of $57.2 billion. KKR had invested about $1.5 billion in Reliance's Jio Platforms earlier this year.
