KKR to invest $310 million in PMI Electro's e-bus platform Allfleet

Global investment firm KKR plans to invest $310 million in PMI Electro to expand its electric bus platform Allfleet and strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities. The deal that marks KKR’s first climate transition investment in the country will secure a minority stake in PMI Electro and a majority stake in Allfleet. It aims to deploy 5,000 e-buses across key cities.
