KKR to wear different kit to spotlight women’s bravery

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are celebrating their Shahoshi Rani initiative during IPL 2025, honouring women who’ve shown exceptional bravery and resilience. Forty Shahoshi Ranis will attend a KKR practice session, interact with players and co-owner Juhi Chawla, and be featured on special jerseys. The initiative aims to spotlight women’s strength and inspire inclusivity in sport and society.
