Klarna's revenue per employee soars to nearly $1 mn amid AI push

Klarna announced that its average revenue per employee is on track to reach $1 million in the first quarter 2025 amid AI push, marking an increase of 152% since the same period in 2023. The Swedish fintech firm said, "Investments in AI and technology have optimised costs...reducing customer service expenses per transaction by...over 22%." Klarna's revenue increased to $701 million.
