KMDK leader makes girls pledge to marry within community, video surfaces

A video showing KMDK leader KKC Balu administering oaths to girls asking them to marry within the community surfaced. In the video, Balu is heard saying, "It's a promise! It's a promise! A promise to Chinnamalai, we will marry a guy from a Gounder household." AIADMK reacted to it and said, "These words are used for vote bank politics."
