During the first innings of second Test against West Indies in Trinidad, Virat Kohli took 21 deliveries to open his account. This is the most number of deliveries Kohli has played before opening his account in a Test innings abroad. Kohli is currently unbeaten on 87*(161). His previous record was 19 deliveries, registered in 2011 Barbados Test against West Indies.
