Kohli fastest to reach 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 ODI runs as captain

Virat Kohli has become the fastest batsman to score 4,000 ODI runs as captain, achieving the feat against Australia on Friday. The 30-year-old reached the milestone in his 63rd ODI innings as captain, overtaking ex-South Africa captain AB de Villiers (77 innings). Kohli was also the fastest to 1000 (17 innings), 2000 (36) and 3000 (49) ODI runs as captain.
