Kohli's B'luru pub functioning without fire dept NOC, gets 2nd BBMP notice in 1 month

Virat Kohli's Bengaluru pub 'One8 Commune' has received BBMP's second notice in one month over alleged fire safety violations and for operating without fire department's NOC. The pub failed to reply to the first notice, issued on November 29, and now has seven days to reply. An FIR was registered against One8 in July for operating beyond the 1:00am deadline.
