Kolkata doctor's rape-murder convict Roy tells court he has been framed, judge replies

Kolkata doctor's rape and murder convict Sanjay Roy on Monday claimed in Sealdah court that he has been framed. "I decide on the basis of the evidence before me...Your lawyer has argued your case. The charges have been proven. Now I want to know your views on the punishment," the judge said before deciding on the quantum of sentence.
