Korean Embassy in Delhi flies flag at half-mast as 151 die in stampede in Seoul

Republic of Korea's Embassy in Delhi has put its national flag at half-mast as the country mourns the death of 151 people in a stampede at a Halloween event in Seoul. Several others have also been injured in the stampede, during which several people started showing signs of suffocation and cardiac arrest. Most of them were reportedly in their 20s.
