Kotak Investment Banking revamps top leadership, appoints co-CEOs

Kotak Investment Banking has appointed Ramesh Srinivasan as Non-Executive Vice Chairman and named V Jayasankar and Sourav Mallik as Managing Directors and co-CEOs, effective August 1. The leadership changes are aimed at ensuring continuity and supporting the firm's next phase of growth, the company said. Kotak Investment Banking is a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
