Kotak Mahindra Bank's new CEO got ₹1.61 crore salary

For the first three months of 2024, Ashok Vaswani, CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, received ₹1.61 crore in compensation. This includes a base salary of ₹1.23 crore, allowances of ₹20.42 lakhs, and ₹16.83 lakhs towards his provident fund. He also earned ₹1 lakh under 'other' compensations and received 51,813 stock options.
