Kotak Mahindra pays ₹120 crore to Haryana govt after FD fraud: Report

Kotak Mahindra Bank has paid around ₹120 crore to the Haryana government after a ₹160-crore fraud was detected in Panchkula Municipal Corporation's fixed deposits with the lender, CNBC-TV18 reported. However, the investigation by Haryana authorities remains ongoing. Shares of the bank dipped over 3% to hit a 52-week low of ₹351.75 on Monday.
