Kozhikode man held for raping mentally challenged woman

Chevayur police arrested 58-year-old PK Rashik from Kozhikode for allegedly taking a mentally challenged woman to a lodge in Koyilandi and raping her. The survivor later filed a complaint, following which police launched an investigation. Rashik was tracked down in Kozhikode after a secret tip-off and was produced before court before being remanded to judicial custody.
