Kozhikode man sets father's house on fire while drunk

A drunk man, Anuvind, allegedly set his father Ramadas' house on fire after an argument at Kakkoor Pavandoor near Balussery in Kozhikode. He reportedly poured petrol and ignited the house around 1 AM. Family members escaped unharmed, but the house was partially damaged and household items worth around ₹1 lakh were destroyed. Kakkoor police took him into custody.
