KRN Heat Exchanger promoters sell 10 lakh shares via OFS

KRN Heat Exchanger promoters Santosh Kumar Yadav and Anju Devi sold 10 lakh equity shares, representing 1.52% of the company's paid-up equity capital, through an Offer For Sale (OFS) on June 9, 2026. Following the transaction, promoter holding declined to 65.69% from 67.22%. FII stake rose to 8.37%, while DII ownership increased to 8.64%.
