KSH International shares debut at 4% discount over IPO price

KSH International shares made a weak stock market debut on Tuesday and listed at a discount on exchanges. The shares, with a price band of ₹365-384, listed at ₹370 per share on NSE and BSE, a discount of 3.65%. Ahead of listing, the company reduced its IPO size from ₹710 crore to ₹644.4 crore to achieve minimum 90% subscription threshold.
