KSRTC to roll out WhatsApp ticketing on August 6 in Kerala

Kerala's KSRTC will launch an AI-powered WhatsApp ticketing system and a 24/7 customer care helpline on August 6 to improve passenger convenience. The corporation will also introduce an upgraded courier service and honour outstanding employees during the launch event in Thiruvananthapuram. Transport Minister CP John will inaugurate the new digital initiatives.
