K'taka CM announces ₹5L for kin of those killed in bus accident

Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy on Saturday visited the site of the accident where around 25 passengers died after a bus fell into a canal near Mandya. During his visit, the CM announced a compensation of ₹5 lakh for the families of the deceased. Around 30 to 35 people were reportedly travelling in the private bus.
