K'taka Dy CM DK Shivakumar booked for promising 'water for votes'

An FIR has been filed against Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct during his address to apartment owners in Bengaluru amid Lok Sabha elections. A video of the address purportedly shows Shivakumar promising water supply in exchange for votes for his brother and Congress MP DK Suresh, who's contesting from Bengaluru Rural seat.
