Kuki group lifts blockade of Manipur highway as govt seeks to reopen all NHs

A Kuki organisation ended its indefinite economic blockage and shutdown of National Highway (NH) 202 after a meeting with the state government. The organisation had imposed the blockade on July 27 as a counter to an economic blockade by some Naga and Meitei groups. This comes days after Manipur government said it would reopen all National Highways in the state.
