Kullu police probe cyber fraud via students' bank accounts

Kullu police registered a case at Sadar Police Station over alleged misuse of college students' and youths' bank accounts to route cyber fraud money. The suspects allegedly lured victims with commissions to withdraw and transfer cash. Two men from Delhi are under investigation and their phones have been seized.
