After an eight-month battle, script writer Jyoti Kapoor has won a case of copyright violation and breach of confidence against Bollywood director-producer Kunal Kohli. The SC on Monday agreed to visible similarities between Kohli's under-production film 'Phir Se' and Jyoti's script 'RSVP.' Kohli has been ordered to pay a compensation of Rs 25 lakh and give Jyoti the story's credit.
