Kurt Cobain did not die by suicide, claims new forensic analysis

Forensic specialist Brian Burnett demanded that authorities reopen the case into Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's death, claiming that his death was a homicide that was staged to look like a suicide. However, Seattle Police has insisted their detective's suicide call stands firm, with no reopening planned for the investigation. Cobain's death was ruled a suicide in 1994.
