Kuwait gets nearly 90% of drinking water from desalination plant hit by Iran: Report
According to reports, the power and desalination plant in Kuwait, which was targeted by Iranian drones on Friday, supplies nearly 90% of the country's drinking water. Kuwait depends significantly on desalination, which involves converting seawater from the Gulf into potable water. Efforts are being made to secure the affected site, Kuwait’s Minister of Water and Renewable Energy said.
