Kuwait intercepts hostile drones in its airspace amid US-Iran war

Kuwait detected and intercepted several hostile drones ​in its airspace ​at dawn on Sunday, the country's Defence Ministry said. This comes after Iran's Revolutionary Guards threatened to target US sites in the region if Iranian tankers were attacked. Tensions in the Middle East escalated after a rise in hostilities between US and Iran following an inconclusive round of peace talks.
