Lakhs visit 'Jaystambh' to mark anniversary of Bhima-Koregaon battle

Lakhs of people on Saturday paid tributes at the 'Jaystambh' in Pune district on the 204th anniversary of the Bhima-Koregaon battle. Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil were among the politicians to visit the monument today. Around 200 PMPML buses are plying from various areas in Pune to bring visitors to the memorial.
