Lakshmi to run TVS subsidiary as Venu becomes Chairman amid father-daughter rift: Report

Sundaram-Clayton MD Lakshmi Venu will retain complete control of the company after a rift surfaced with her father, Venu Srinivasan, who was appointed Chairman, Moneycontrol reported. Additionally, Company Secretary PD Dev Kishan, over whom the rift reportedly began, has been made a full-time employee, likely to put Lakshmi's concerns to rest. Venu had reversed Lakshmi's decisions within 72 hours.
