Lalit Modi in race to buy Rajasthan Royals: Report

Ex-IPL chairman Lalit Modi is in the race to buy Rajasthan Royals (RR), according to a report. Four bidders have reportedly been shortlisted, including a consortium involving Lalit and Kal Somani. A consortium led by Aditya Birla Group & David Blitzer is reportedly also among contenders. Lalit moved to London in 2010 after allegations of financial irregularities, money laundering and bid-rigging.
