Lalu Yadav, family to face corruption charges in IRCTC case over ‘abuse of office’

A Delhi court has ordered the framing of money laundering charges against former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav in the IRCTC hotel scam case. The court observed there was "strong suspicion of abuse of office and proceeds of crime." The CBI alleges Lalu's family received land and shares as bribes for contracts.
