Lara Trump pulls out of race to replace Florida senator Rubio

Lara Trump, daughter-in-law of US President-elect Donald Trump, announced she's withdrawing from consideration to replace Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who'll become Secretary of State. "After...incredible amount of thought...I've decided to remove my name from consideration for Senate," she wrote on X. This comes days after Trump announced her resignation as Republican National Committee co-chair.
