Large rock placed on tracks in attempt to derail passenger train in UP

A large rock was placed on tracks on the Bareilly-Pilibhit line near Bijauria railway station in Uttar Pradesh in an attempt to derail a passenger train. The rock broke into two pieces after being hit by the engine of a train which was going from Tanakpur to Bareilly, officials said. "An FIR has been lodged," officials added.
