The rehabilitation of residents of Dharavi, considered to be Asia's largest slum, has begun in Mumbai as billionaire Gautam Adani's firm performed 'Bhoomi Pujan' at the 22-acre Matunga railway site on Monday. Ten 37-39-storey towers with 10,432 homes measuring 350 square feet will be built at the site. Dharavi residents in Sector 6 and 1 will receive initial occupancy.
