Largest banyan tree in US burnt in wildfires; before-after pics surface

A tree that has been described as the largest banyan tree in the US has been burnt in the wildfires in Hawaii's Lahaina. Hawaii Governor Josh Green on Wednesday said that much of the Maui community of Lahaina, home to about 12,000, has been destroyed, displacing hundreds of families. Over 270 structures have been impacted in Lahaina, officials added.
