The last picture taken by journalist Bill Biggart before his death during the 9/11 attack has resurfaced. The picture shows collapsing remains of Tower Two of the Twin Towers. As per a report, his wife called him to inform him it was an act of terrorism, not an accident, to which he replied, "I'm OK. I'm with the firemen."
