Late DSP's name included in UP Police's latest transfers list

The name of a deceased Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Satya Narain Singh, featured in the latest officers transfers list issued by Uttar Pradesh Police. After the mistake was noticed, UP Director General of Police OP Singh apologised for the error and tweeted, "Such blunder is unpardonable and I apologise for it as HOD. I'll take strict action".
