Lawmakers scuffle in Japan Parliament over immigration bill

Japanese Parliament descended into chaos as left-wing lawmakers instigated a scuffle in an attempt to block a controversial immigration bill. A video showed ex-Japanese actor and lawmaker Taro Yamamoto being held back after he lunged towards opposition leaders to stop proceedings. The bill was passed in Japan's upper house and will now be put to a final vote.
