Lawyer cites Ratan Tata to slam Air India for compensation delay to crash victims' families

Mike Andrews, a US attorney representing over 65 Air India crash victims' families, slammed the airline for delaying their compensation. "If [Ratan Tata] were here today, we don't believe [families] would be subjected to a bureaucratic process in which they're delayed payment," Andrews said. "Even in US, we know...about [Ratan Tata's] focus on taking care of his employees," he added.
