Leader of US-based neo-Nazi group found to be living in Russia: Reports

A 46-year-old American living in Russia, Rinaldo Nazzaro, has been identified as the leader of US-based neo-Nazi terror network The Base, the Guardian reported. Nazzaro operated under the pseudonyms "Norman Spear" and "Roman Wolf". Created in 2018, the network has been a target of FBI raids. He was identified through property deeds, tax affidavits and business filings, among others.
