Leaders of 2 countries in active wars are currently in India

Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose country is currently in war with Ukraine, has come to India to attend the 18th BRICS Summit being held in Delhi. Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian, whose country is currently in war with the United States, also arrived in India on Friday to attend the summit. Both leaders arrived with their delegations.
